1.The horizontal roll configuration, resulting in optimum intake of material into
the grinding gap, is easier for detachment and maintenance.
2 .The machine can be controlled independently or be controlled concentratedly through
a remote panel.
3. The speedy and tardy grinding rolls are driven by triple-wheel toothed belts with
advantages of no step losses, no deflection, stable running, and low noises.
4. The adjustable and standard self-aligning roller bearings are used for the grinding
rolls to ensure highly concentric precise with rolls running, and sustain
high speeds and roll pressures.
5. The dynamically balanced grinding rolls of high-grade centrifugally cast by electric
furnace can ensure smooth running and long service life.
6. The eccentric lever engaging structure, rollers undertake running reaction by
themselves
7. The gas absorption device is adopted in the kernel grinding system to improve
feeding condition, reduce the temperature of grinding rolls and materials.
8. Supports are made from solid cast-iron , the upper and lower split structure is
designed for the two side shelves of grinding mill. The damping washer is fitted
in the joint.
9. The completely enclosed structure is adopted for the machine. The static electric
sprayed paint technology is used in surface treatment.
