Technology

1.       Capacity150t/24h

2.       Flour quality: It could produce super flour, grade flour, special flour and standard flour, according to the customers requirement. The flour quality can compare with European product.

Technology flow

1. Technique for cleaning system: Three sieves, three beating, two removing stone, two termper moisture and three magnetic selecting. This producing line adopts second moisture wheat technology. This increases the toughness of coat and assures the complete of bran.

     2. Technology for flour system: 5B, 8M, 1S, 2T bounty in the middle, bran finish in the back, three purify. The characteristics of the technology are purifiers with wheat duster, assured more good quality wheat flow into the central mill. Assured flour rate and quality. 

Workshop

The workshop is ferroconcrete or steel platforms for 4 floors. The total length of workshop is 39.5m, 7.5 m width and 19.4m high. The total acreage is 1185 square meters. There are 6 raw wheat tanks and 6 moisture wheat tanks. A high level water tank is on the top of workshop, and there is a control water tank on the forth floor. These provide water for producing and fire protection.

     We can design the dimension of workshop as customers requirement.    

Dust disposing and air transport

3.       The cleaning system adopts two central winds nets. The stoner has its own winds net. This is convenient for control, increase stabilization and saved investment in equipments.

4.       The flour system adopts central winds net, to assure the stabilization of equipments. The purifying system has its own winds net. This is convenient for adjusting according the different material, to assure the purifier works in the best situation.

5.       Power supply and electric control: the total power is 640kw, available rate is 0.6 . the electromotor adopt           

6.       The system can be controlled in the central control room and separate control in each floor. This is safe, credible and convenient.
